The Brief

After the boom of interest around ICOs in 2017, it seemed like almost everyone wanted to launch a token. The opportunity for huge capital raises in a greatly unregulated market created some questionable ICOs.

BitDiem wanted to break the status quo and bring trust back to the world of blockchain. The team set out to create a truly useful and open source set of payment protocols that helped freelancers save. They had an incredible concept, but they needed a team. That’s where we came in.

Our Solution

Instead of ICO countdown tickers and over the top PR stunts, we focused on building a community of trust.

This was first developed by building a trustworthy brand, then elevated through clear messaging and a commitment to relationships not blasting investor lists. A brand is more than a logo, it is a representation of the company as a whole. So, we took our time to develop a color pallet and messaging strategy that fit the ideals of BitDiem's founding team.

Next, we built a strategic contributor outreach strategy. This was rooted in introducing the team to partners who would create a strong foundation. We find that most early-stage companies fail to start with a solid business and brand backbone, so making sure that BitDiem avoided this early pitfall was a key aspect of our strategy. From there, it was all about the execution and growth, which we never like to skimp on.
