This was first developed through a clean and trusworthy brand, then elevated through clear messaging and a commitment to relationships not blasting investor lists. A brand is more than a logo, it is a representation of the company as a whole. So, we took our time to develop a color pallet and messaging strategy that fit the ideals of BitDiem's founding team.
Next, we built a strategic contributor outreach strategy. This was rooted in introducing the team to partners who would create a strong foundation. We find that most early-stage companies fail to start with a solid business and brand backbone, so making sure that BitDiem avoided this early pitfall was a key aspect of our strategy. From there, it was all about the execution and growth, which we never like to skimp on.
